 Deposit: $500 per couple deposit due with reservation. Final payment due 90 days before departure. Standard Cancellation Policy: If you have to cancel your trip for any reason, your reservation deposit will be refunded 100%, no questions asked, up to 120 days prior to the rendezvous date. 120 - 60 days prior to departure - all monies will be refunded except $500 of which $250 will be returned to you in the form of a credit toward a future trip of your choice; less than 60 days prior to departure all monies will be refunded except $1000 of which $250 will be returned to you in the form of a credit toward a future trip of your choice. This policy is necessary because many service providers require non-refundable deposits on your behalf.
