DAY 1 – Arrive in Springfield, MO, Liverpool Legends
Our international vacation begins at our nearest “gateway airport were we’ll board our flights to Springfield, MO. Upon arrival we will be transferred to Branson by shuttle or coach for Jamaica to check into our lodging at the Grand Plaza Hotel. Upon arrival refresh yourself with a complimentary island juice at the Tiki Bar. We will have a little time to freshen up before we meet our professional tour guide for a welcome dinner at the Plaza View Restaurant located on the 9th floor of the hotel. We will enjoy a taste of Jamaica’s famous cuisine and Caribbean drink specials serve in the lounge. After a great dinner, we will travel to England to re-experience Beatle Mania! with the Liverpool Legends. Grand Plaza Hotel – Branson, MO (D)
DAY 2 – Clay Cooper, Hughes Brothers
This morning we will enjoy a full hot breakfast on the 9th floor of the hotel before traveling to Mexico to enjoy the Clay Cooper Show. We will enjoy the captivating sound of a “Mariachi Band”, watch and admire the fiery Flamenco Dance in the show, and experience Mexico with the costumed employees and festively decorated theatre. After a great show we will enjoy a tour of Germany. Our tour begins at the Stage Door Restaurant where we will enjoy tastes of Germany. After a great lunch we will experience a personal guided tour of the Welk theater by one of the Lennon Sisters. We will see a life size bronze statue of Mr. Welk along with his golf cart, accordion and family photos. The tour will take us on the stage of the Welk Theater where we can view old props and costumes used in the Welk Show. We will conclude this tour with a group photo in our Alpine hats. After a great tour and lunch, we will have time to relax at the hotel before a great dinner in Italy at The Gardens Restaurant. This evening we will enjoy the heritage of Scandinavian countries at The Hughes Brothers Show. Grand Plaza Hotel – Branson, MO (B,L,D)
DAY 3 – Twelve Irish Tenors, Branson Landing, SIX
Enjoy a full hot breakfast on the 9th floor of the hotel. After breakfast, we will travel to Ireland. We will enjoy a great production or Ireland’s music and dance performed by the Twelve Irish Tenors. After the show we are off to the new Branson Landing where we will enjoy lunch on our own at one of their many restaurants. After a stop at the hotel to freshen up we will enjoy dinner at The Moon River Grille and the SIX show at the Hughes Brothers American Theater who is representing Scandinavia. You won’t believe what comes out of their mouths; percussion, instruments, harmonies and that’s just in the first 30 seconds. Your eyes won’t believe your ears! DAY 4 – Titanic Museum, Silver Dollar City, Hamner/Barber Variety Show
Enjoy a full hot breakfast on the 9th floor of the hotel. After breakfast, we will tour the newest attraction, The Tianic Museum. The Titanic houses over 400 priceless artifacts and historic treasures and will allow each visitor to encounter the personal heroic and tragic stories of its passengers. After a great tour, we will enjoy World-Fest at Silver Dollar City. America’s largest international festival presents incredible crafts, food and entertainment from all around the globe. We will enjoy lunch on our own at one of the many restaurants within the park. After a great day in the park we will return to the hotel to freshen up before our great dinner at the Golden Corral. After dinner we will travel Down Under as the Hamner/Barber Theater goes Aussie. This magical variety show features the incredible illusions of The Hamner’s and the hilarious comedy of ventriloquist Jim Barber. Grand Plaza Hotel – Branson, MO (B,D)
DAY 5 – Home
Enjoy a full hot breakfast on the 9th floor of the hotel. After breakfast, we will say goodbye to the World in the Ozarks as we depart for home from the Springfield/Branson Regional airport. (B)
Tour arrives and departs from Springfield, Missouri. Arrive on the 1st day before 3pm and depart on the last day after 10am.
