Day 1
After your greeter meets you at the Atlanta airport and gets you settled into the hotel, it is off to Stone Mountain Park and dinner at the Stone Mountain Inn. Before or after dinner stop for a view of the magnificent carving on the side of Stone Mountain. (D)
Day 2
You will depart this morning for Savannah, GA. Upon arrival, have a narrated windshield tour of the Historic Area (some walking). Enjoy dinner tonight near River Street with the next two nights in Historic area hotel. (B, D)
Day 3
After breakfast, it is off to beautiful Beaufort, SC, where you will spend the day touring Beaufort and Parris Island area, with lunch in Beaufort. Enjoy some free time for dinner and shopping along River St in Savannah. (B, L)
Day 4
After loading luggage, you will have some free time with trolley on and off passes to shop the historic area.
Then you will drive to the Charleston, SC area, with a visit at one of the plantations of the area. Check into hotel and then off for a Charleston harbor dinner cruise. (B, D)
Day 5
This morning you will enjoy a carriage tour of the historic area, some free time on Market Street. You will enjoy lunch before departing for your drive back to Atlanta. (B, L)
Day 6
This morning you will meet your step-on guide for a city tour to include World of Coco-Cola, CNN Studio, and Oakland Historic Cemetery (final resting place of Margaret Mitchell, Bobby Jones) and its park like surrounding. Dinner tonight at world famous Mary Mac’s (B, D)
DAY 7
After breakfast, transfer to Atlanta airport. (B)
