Home to Soul Music and home to the “King” of Rock N’ Roll
DAY 1
Check into the hotel, before having dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse. After dinner, your guide will meet you at the restaurant for your private MoJo Tour on your bus. This tour has a musical emphasis and everybody will play and sing a little tonight. (D)
DAY 2
You will visit the Graceland complex this morning, where you can go thru the house, museums, cars and planes. A great place to pick up a copy of any of his movies and albums for your private collection. This afternoon you will enjoy a narrated city tour of Memphis with your step-on guide who will show you such places as St. Jude’s Hospital, Sun Studios, Beale Street and the Mighty Mississippi (drive by only); before leaving downtown you will tour the Rock N’ Soul Museum. Dinner before calling it a night. (B, D)
DAY 3
Before departing the Memphis area you will visit the Memphis Pink Palace Museum built by the founder of Piggly Wiggly grocery stores. Or maybe your group would prefer to visit the Botanic Gardens - a favorite during Spring visits. (B)
